Matt is a human capital advisory professional with over a decade's experience in executive search and senior management recruitment, spanning multiple industries and sectors, including:

• executing senior executive searches within consulting and professional services, facilitating international moves at Partner level;

• placing C-suite Risk & Compliance professionals within the London and international financial services markets; and

• successfully recruiting everything from Chief Executives and Executive Directors to senior fundraising and operations managers within the NGO & social enterprise space.

 

Matt is the founder and Managing Director of MGSS Associates, a boutique search & selection consultancy with a global remit. MGSS operates within the broad areas of professional services, banking & finance, and NGOs & social enterprise.

In addition to his professional career in executive search and selection, Matt is a longstanding active supporter of the Liberal Democrats in the United Kingdom. He has previously stood for public office as a Liberal Democrat candidate on several occasions (including for the European Parliament) and is now focused on assisting the Party raise its profile and increase its support amongst voters ahead of the next UK General Election.
